The Abandoned Floor Above Reception
There is one more hospital secret most players walk straight past. A hidden upper area sits above the reception desk, reached through a broken section of wall.

The Secret Agency Puzzle, Step by Step
Now the main event. The Secret Agency is not a room you simply enter — it is a puzzle chain across the map. Here is the order that worked in our session.
Step 1: Get the Agency Book
Find the secret underground shack and take the Agency Book from the table. Nothing else in this puzzle works without it — no hidden lever, no secret button.
Step 2: The Doll Room and the Generators
Travel to the hidden rooms, including the doll room and the generator room, and switch on the required lights. Watch the levers labelled “Fear” and “Greed” closely.
They must be activated in the right order. Get it right and the lights turn green.
Step 3: Enter the Master Code
Once every puzzle room light is green, enter the master secret code: 66613. This is where the real sequence begins.
Step 4: The Coffin Room Finale
Head down to the lowest basement level — the Coffin Room. Use the buttons to change the room’s lasers to red and match the coffin colours exactly.

Hit the final button and the cutscene triggers. The coffin spins wildly in the air, your character’s hand turns pitch black, and skulls float all around you.
Then a message flashes on screen: “Stay good and don’t join the agency.” Consider yourself warned.
The Fun Stuff: Helicopter, Wheelchairs and Potions
After floating coffins and alien bodies, you will need a breather. The update delivers that too.
